2. What data we collect, and why
Visit request (Concierge Privé). Your name and e-mail, and, if you give them, your city, telephone and whatever you tell us about your relationship with wine. We use them only to study and answer your request and, if a visit is agreed, to prepare it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before an agreement, and your consent. We keep them while the request and the visit are being dealt with and, afterwards, blocked for the time the law requires.
Subscription to the Notebook. Your e-mail address, to let you know when a new issue is released. Legal basis: your consent. We keep it until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by writing to sales@valdecamellas.eu.
Private cellar. Reservations of bottles are agreed by telephone. The details you give (name, telephone, delivery address) are used to manage the reservation and its shipping. Legal basis: performance of the agreement with you.
Browsing. As on any website, the server records technical data (IP address, date, page requested) for security and to keep the site working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe site. The home page and the vineyard report show the weather in Fresnillo de las Dueñas: your browser requests it directly from the Open-Meteo service (open-meteo.com), which receives your IP address for that request and nothing else that identifies you.
3. Who receives your data
Nobody outside the winery, except our hosting and e-mail providers, who process it on our behalf and under contract, and the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell or share lists. Messages sent from this site are delivered by e-mail to the people at Valdecamellas who deal with visits and members.
4. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to sales@valdecamellas.eu with a copy of an identity document. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Minors
This site and its wines are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
