We do not open our doors to groups, nor do we receive guests on fixed dates. Every visit to Valdecamellas is conceived individually, based on a prior conversation with management. What happens afterward is told by no one — and that is part of what we offer.

We do not receive groups.
The winery closes its agenda on the day you come. Everything done that day is done for you.

We do not improvise.
Every barrel, every vintage, every glass is decided before you arrive. Your freedom begins where our rigor ends.

We do not publish. We do not mention guests in the press. An NDA is available before the first conversation.

Every request that reaches this site is read by one person, personally, and answered by that same person, personally. Within seventy-two hours. There is no calendar, no group booking and no fixed price, and there is no automated step anywhere in the process.

How a visit is conceived
Three steps. None automatic.
We do not use booking systems. Private hospitality at Valdecamellas always follows the same sequence, but the content of each phase is different every time.

Private consultation
A conversation —by email, call or video call— in which the Maître de Maison seeks to understand what you already know about wine, what moves you and what you want this visit to reveal. There are no fixed prices or packages to choose from.

In your name
Tailored itinerary
The Maître de Maison designs a programme that exists only for you: specific plots, time of day, which barrels are opened, which vintages are served, and who sits with you at the tasting table. It is signed, sent to you, and adjusted if you wish.

No visible program
The visit
The day arrives and everything is already prepared. The Maître de Maison receives you in person. The head winemaker guides you. The winery receives no one else that day. When it is over, you will find no public trace that you were here.

Past itineraries
Three examples
without names.
Here we reproduce, anonymized with the guests' permission, three itineraries that have passed through the Maître de Maison's desk in the last twelve months. None has been repeated.
A solitary walk in the old vines before dawn.
The guest knew five house vintages and asked to "see where Carpio comes from when no one is looking yet". We walked with him among the sunny plots at 5:40 in the morning, without a guide and with a flashlight. At 7:30 he had breakfast with the winemaker. By 11 he had already tasted, in silence, a five-vintage vertical in the winery.

A silent vertical of Carpio, 2019 to the current release.
They expressly requested that during the tasting "no one speak except the winemaker, and only what is essential". We prepared six Riedel glasses in the winery, a single sheet of notes on Japanese paper, and two chairs at the right angle. The tasting lasted two hours and eight minutes. We have no photographs of the couple, only of the empty glasses.

Three days of harvest, accommodation included.
A small professional group wanted to understand the most delicate moment of the year. They came for 72 hours. They harvested three different plots. They ate on the threshing floor with the team. They slept in an arranged rural house in Quintana, without the winery's name appearing on any booking. They asked not to return anything they saw to the world.

The surroundings · Before and after
The visit does not end at the winery.
Around these three villages there are starred kitchens and five-star hotels in restored buildings, and a day here is better when the table and the room are already decided. The Maître de Maison books them in the house's name, fixes the hours so that nothing overlaps, and arranges the drive between the plots and the village. Nothing of that is invoiced through us: you settle directly with each house. What we do is open the door, pick the hour, and get out of the way.

We do not publish photographs of our visits. We do not mention our guests on social media or in the press. We do not sell our lists to anyone. If you want the inquiry itself to be covered by a confidentiality agreement before the conversation begins, you only need to indicate it.
